Guildhall Update Re: COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
In acknowledging the unprecedented world response to the Covid-19 virus we want to be clear that we value the health and welfare of our family at Guildhall Wealth Management and Guildhall Precious Metals. This includes our staff as well as the thousands of clients we have.
On behalf of the management of Guildhall we are making the following short-term changes to our operations as a whole:
We are open for business and for now we are taking orders over the phone at 1-866-274-9570, however due to the volume there may be delays in getting through. If you would like us to call or email you, simply fill out our contact form by clicking here, and we will call or email you back as soon as we can.
At this time we are not permitting office visits. All orders made with Guildhall will be guaranteed, and products will be shipped for free (over $1000 CDN), fully-insured, through Canada Post, and a tracking number will be provided to you.
For all registered accounts (TFSA, RRSP, etc.) it is still possible to complete the account opening and transfer of funds from your home by email, internet, or by telephone.
We are accepting payments through etransfer (email funds to etransfers@guildhallpreciousmetals.com), wire transfer (ask us for wire transfer info), bill payment (through your online banking), and pre-authorized debit (simply provide us with a photo of your ID and a void cheque and we can pull the funds from your account).
We would also ask that you note the increased demand and possibility of slower bullion supply chains. This means some bullion items are, or will be certain to run low as fabricators, mints and bullion suppliers the world over deal with the unprecedented change to the marketplace.
