Payment methods

Guildhall is pleased to offer a wide range of payment options to suit our clients’ needs and preferences. NOTE: All international orders, including those from the United States, must be paid by wire transfer.

Once you have confirmed your bullion or coloured diamond purchase, you’re required to provide Guildhall with your valid government-issued photo ID and payment within 48 hours.

Guildhall will typically ship your order and provide tracking numbers (if applicable) within five business days of your complete payment clearing. For additional information about the delivery of your purchase, see our Shipping and pick-up information.
